I was doing research for a project when i came across and odd picture. I found a grasshopper playing a fiddle. I was intrigued by it and was upset that i couldnt save it. what i want to know is what posesses a person to create something like that. however, i am grateful to these people as they provide humor for the rest of us.

today was the last real day of classes. i think that half tyhe campus has already left ,skipping their classes for the last day. i know my roommate is and i wish i could but my parents wouldnt have it, especially since theyre paying. but oh well. tomorrow will be easy. happy thanksgiving one and all. enjoy the break. i know i will.

Never go into the arts and architecture school. its a living hell. the "CORE" class are full of shit and have no bearing on architecture. this new idea of clumping the Arch and Larch students with the artists is complete bullshit. i have learned nothing from taking those classes and it hinders my arch classes. next, they tell us we have a shit load of stuff due all in 3 weeks, things we could ahve been doing all semester. now i have too much work all due at once. i have this english paper, core shit, and architecture stuff all due within a 1 week period. i hate CORE with a passion. fuck it. i hope it fizzles and dies like the bullshit it is.

so far i have been impressed with the new look NHL. as promised it has produced higher scoring games and more action than previously. with the reshuffling of players the pwoer has shifted for the most part as temas once good had to get rid of players to stay under the cap and others just havent adapted to the new style of play. fortunatly the flyers have only gottne better. unfortunatly so ahve the senators. this will make for an interesting year and playoffs.

I want to know how we are letting michigan state kick our asses in the blood drive. we've been down since the beginning. i feel that everyone who is able to donate should. you are greedy if you can and dont or wont. you can save lives or make the lives of some people better by donating. and it doesnt harm you one bit. you are fine and have you blood count back in a few days. i felt horrible that i couldnt donate this time bc i have a really bad cold. but ask yourself. how many time have you passed up donating when you could have. also a suggestion for the red cross: have the drive in the none flu season when less people are sick. one more thing. i guess it doesnt really matter if we lose the blood drive so long as we get a lot of donations and beat MSU this weekend.

PART 1
In regards to the architecture department. you suck. this stupid core class is completely unrelated to architecture. how the hell does a "can of shit" apply to architecture. that class is pointless. i see that class as a nap period; we never learn anything. everyone in the architecture program thinks its pointless. when everyone thinks this does that send a message. we have voiced our disapproval to no avail. we have to take the next class in the series next semester. oh well, ill muddle through.
PART2
So in the previous week some crazy shit has gone down in my home town. things that have never happened before since anyone can remember. early last week a polie officer was shot on a routine warrant execution and remains in critical condition. Officer Shot∞ This weekend an 18 year old kid shot and killed his girlfriend's parents and then kidnapped her. they caught him today. the weird thing is it happened in a place i know, a place in my friend's backyard. Found∞ since we left the good old town of Lititz it has gone to hell. its crazy when you here something like this is going on in your hometown and its being broadcast on the news here and around the country. i heard/ saw the amber alert several times as well as saw the news coverage of it. the small town police force got shoved into the spotlight. I know the officer who has been talking to the press and i feel for him and the force. all i hope is that that son of a bitch gets what he should, the death penalty, although highly unlikely.

arent fantasy sports the best. you get to assemble a team off allstars and pit them against other allstar teams. its another way to up your friends and brag when your team wins the league, especially if theres money on the game. currently im in 2 leagues, one football and one hockey. football seems to be the most popular type of fantasy game and im enjoying my first fantasy football experience as i sit in second place in the league. i used to do fantasy in the newspaper. at the beginnning of the season youd pick your team by filling in bubbles. i like the newer version were you can pick up, drop and trade players. fantasy hockey has also caught my eye. this is the second year ive created my own league. better yet this is the second year where im winning. i crushed my opponets the last season with my find of Martin St. Louis. very few of my players have returned to my team. gaps have been filled and my team is unstoppable. lets go mighty wombats!!!

I cant wait for this week to be over. ive had so much work to do and not enough time to do it. im exhausted beyond exhausted and its on wednesday. i just want it to be over. this weekend will be awesome though. my girlfriend and some of her friends are coming up. its just the kinda thing i need to goet my mind off all the work i will still have to do. but we'll see if i make it to the weekend.

People are so stupid. i am taking the easiest class ever, energy conservation and environmental protect (EGEE 102), and all i hear is complaining and stupid questions. the class is something an 8th grader could easily understand and yet people complain that they dont understand. we just took an exam and the average went down from normal. the questions were taken directly from the practice questions with slight alterations such as changing the numbers a bit, nothing too drastic. people complained that they didnt know how to do them. there was a section on angel, a voice presentation, that said precisly how to do each type of problem. dumb people piss me off.

So today i was out riding my bike, on the sidewalk. i passed numberous town and campus police. when i registered my bike they gave me a sheet specifically telling me i couldnt ride ont he sidewalk. i have yet to see or hear of someone who has been fined for this. the first weekend i had my bike here i got yelled at for being on the sidewalk ( it really wasnt but whatever) and since then have taken liberties in riding on the sidewalks to get to and from class. why do they put these laws in place if they dont enforce them. but if they ever start enforcing that law they had better start enforcing jaywalking. ive almost hit numerous people because they just walk out and dont look. it wouldnt be pleasant for me either if i hit someone. but thats that.

I am so pumped for the last home game of this season and the knowledge that we are going to a bowl game again. I would love to see us play notre dame. that would be so sweet. this weekends game is another white out. it was awesome against ohio st and can be again since its goignt o be dark before the game ends. if you arent going you should be. time to beat some badger ass!

Another month has come and gone and my life just gets more complicated. Is this like high school where all the teachers give you a lot of work at the same time. it seems that way to me and it sucks. i have so much due in the next 2-3 weeks it isnt even funny. i will not be sleeping a whole lot during that time but i guess its necessary. i just wish it wasnt all coming at the same time.
