People really piss me off. they are so disrespectful of the campus and other people's things. everyewhere i go this is evident. you walk past a bike rack and see the rims bent and the bike unopporable. there is trash all over the comapu even when a trash can is feet away. but my biggest bone to pick is with the people using my desk at the sala building and leaving it a disaster zone. everyday i go in there to work there is markings all over it, eraser dust, cuts in the desk top. drafting requires a perfectly smooth surface to do good work and with all that other stuff it takes time to clean up so i can get started; time i dont have. why cant people clean up after themselves. are they jsut to damn lazy or do they just not care. ive tried leaving messages to no avail as have many other people in the studio. ive tried to be nice but if it happens again things might just get nasty.
PS. I went to work at my desk last night and it was covered in glue, pastel, soda, and scratches.

There were numberous parodies in the simpson's episode we watched today. the main two were the shining, a parody of the shinning, and one on george orwell's 1984. i cant speak to the shinning because i havent seen the shinning but i did read 1984. in 1984 the world is ruled by a central mind, flanders, and no individuality is allowed. hence the frontal labotamies. in 1984, on a first, less intence infringment a person was sent for reprogramming, flanderizing. i like the way the simpson's writers portrayed each, both done highly sucessful.

I was browsing the internet looking for a funny pic to put on the homepage when i cam across the proof that women are evil. Id seen it before but had never seen it as a picture. personally i kinda believe it but thats just me. women are a necessary evil i guess. see for yourself the proof and let me know how you feel about it and its logic.

In the case of bear vs. shark i have to different opinions in different scenarios. In case one the playing field allows both the bear and shark full mobility. in this case i think the shark would win because it has the advantage of agility and speed. if the playing field were say 3 or 4 feet of water i think the bear would win because it is used to teh water and would be better able to deal critical blows. we need to write discovery channel and get them to do it. Personally i like the shark no matter what.

POEM RESPONSE
Initially i was really confused about what the poem could possibly mean. (I do think it is a poem though not in any convential means.) Upon farther inspection of he meaning i think that it has something to do with a farm. a wheel barrow is a vital piece of equipment in any small gardening operation. the rain means that the farm might be successful, not having suffered from drought. its crazy how a few simple words can convey such meaning.

So many things in life are inconsistent. Sports teams, stocks, politics, life in general. I ask why. why do things have to be so disorganized and complicated that nothing can be consistent. (well not everything. 2+2 will always = 4) that fact of the matter is that disorder and inconsistence suck. how can you plan anything if you dont know for sure you can rely on it. this wiki is a prime example. last thursday i went to blog and to my surprise it was down. now today it randomly came back. i wish someone could explain it. the important thing is its back, hopefully for good.

I really hope this is not just me but does anyone else get a lot of people called their cell phone who have the wrong number? i got my phone the first week in august and that very night i had a wrong number call. now i have someone from macdonalds asking for christy to return some important call. its especially annoying when they call while youre still sleeping as they did this morning. it pissed me off because it screwed me out of an hour of sleep. well im going to call them later today and give them the story. hopefully they wont call me again.

people in general are unhappy with the war in Iraq. id say most people are unhappy with the government but there are some people such as my roommate who blame the troops. he thinks we should not support the troops in this war because the war is unjust. to show his disapproval of the war he steals the metal ribbons off of cars that support the troops and america. he has quite a collection. I on the other hand do not feel it is right to blame the troops for this war. they have no choice in the matter. they are ordered to go and if they refuse they are repremanded. he may argue that it is their choice to join hence their choice to fight in the war. i believe we should support our troops and repremend our government for the war; blame them not the men and women putting their lives on the line for a useless war.

Im running on empty. 5 hours of sleep is just not enough. normally yes but after the awesome weekend i had its not. since thursday ive averaged about 6 hours of sleep per night. i dont know about you but i need at least 8 to function normally. so thats it. im going to sleep.

So i was watching tv yesturday and i saw one of the new burger king commercials. is it just me or is that king guy creey looking. he's weird. theres one commercial where he shows up in the person's room with breakfast; another he pushes a guy and he almost falls off a high floor of a skyscraper. he shows up outside people's windows and always has that child molestor look on his face. i dont see how that ad campaign is working. it just freaks me out. you decide
YES!! He is SO creepy. After watching one of those commercials before bed, I go to sleep afraid I'll have nightmares about the guy. And it seems like everyone that watches it with me agrees-he's just plain scary. On the other hand, a friend of mine is going to be the creepy burger king guy for Halloween. All I know is he's not getting candy from me! TrinFuff
My roommate turns off the teevee whenever one of those BK ads comes on. They are really creepy. The one with the lumberjack is also disgusting ... "Meat, on top of meat, on top of meat" ... yuck. -EschaTon

I am so excited for this weekend. i get to go home and see my girlfriend all weekend. theres that whick im most excited about but penn state plays michigan too. thatll be sweet. i also get to hang out with old friends and its our high schools homecoming so i have to take my little sis. this weekend is going to totally kick ass. AND on top of that i have very little homework. what cold be better?

now not only do i have a beef with eagles fans being asses but also steelers. last night after the steelers win the people in the room next to mine played this gay ass song - now stuck in my head - as loud as they could waking everyone up including me. that was only half the problem because then the fans started screaming out the windows and the eagles fans joined in yelling things like f*@% the steelers and the like. that went on for another 10 minutes. damn it people be fans not fanatics. we are only 5 weeks into the season and the only team who is looking good is the colts. the rest of the league for the most part is mediocre. its too early to be ready for the playoffs. all i can say is that i hope both pennsylvania teams flounder and dont make it. neither will go to the super bowl no matter what especially philly. i mean, its philly; the philly without any championship teams in 25 years.

I believe that the cambodian genocide was partially brought about by the united states. we backed the Khmer Rouge with weapons, and training and even provided aid when they were overthrown. the cold war also justifies a cause of teh genocide. the whole conflict between communists and democracies brought the difference of opinion creating the Khmer Rouge and the Pol Pot. if there had not been this overwhelming discrepence between the two ideas then there might not have been a conflict at all. because the US was anticommunist, the pol pot gained backing from the communist states in southeast asia (vietnam) and from the USSR and the khmer rouge was backed by the US and the UK. it wasa simular situation as vietnam, which was also occuring at the same time with some overlaps.

I am so freaking pumped up for the game tomorrow. What better birthday present can on ask for then kicking buckeye ass the night before and being there for it. if we win the uprights will fall. people will get maced and it will be amazing. the whole campus will be thrown into utter chaos. i cant wait.

You can say that about football because no one else in the world except a few european and canadien teams have football. And even though they do, they are mostly people who couldnt make it in the nfl, scraps froim the bottom of the talent pool. baseball has teams all over the world. its an olympic sport. to be truly a world series teams from all countries should be involved. the same hold true of basketball now. the nba champs are deemed world champions but the olympic team is not what it used to be. theyve lost games in recent olympics. its not a wash out, easy victory for the "dream team" anymore. all sports do need refining of their championship titles but baseball is worst of all.

Baseball can take its bat and shove it where the sun dont shine. i hate it. its taking over all of primetime network tv. thats all thats on in the evening from now until the god forsaken sport is finally over. who the hell needs to play 162 games anyway. its bullshit. no other sport runs as long as baseball. as soon as its over it starts again. theres maybe a month in between the end of the world series and training camp. and why the hell is it the world series. the world isnt invited to play and we'd get our asses kicked by the japanese. baseball is a bunch of misnomers and bullshit. rephrasing the popular green day song, "wake me when october ends"

this week has been going so much better than planned. i figured i was going to be up really late every night working on projects and so far i havent. i dont think my luck is goingt o continue because i have two projects that are due by the end of the week and they are goingt o take a long tme to finish. we'll just have to see how awake and how able i am to function when friday rolls around.

Have you ever had one of those days that starts out like crap and slowly gets better and better? today was one of those days. i had to get up really early to study for a midterm exam and could barely sleep after a restless nights sleep. i felt a bit better after a power nap but not even near 100%. by midday i got my lost id card back (thanks to who ever returned it who ever you may be) and went on my way to late classes. dinner was the same as usual. i then proceeded to work on a project due tomorrow for architecture. at nine, monday night football started but that wasnt my focus. at nine i called the most amazing person i know. we talked to almost 2 hours and i realized how extremely lucky i am to be with her. she is simply amazing and i dont know what id do without her.
